Not what I expected…10/10

This book wasn’t what I expected, in the best ways possible. Narration, spice, and plot were incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. This will not be the last time I check out this author and narrators. Marvelous!

10/10 Story and Narration

It’s love, truth, patience, friendship, growth, change, happiness and a reminder that there are no mistakes all wrapped into one. The story is awesome and Alex is one of my new favorite narrators! She is absolutely amazing! So glad I listened to this book instead of just reading it, she did it so much more justice than what I would’ve done inside my head.

Your Soul Will Appreciate This Book

This was a very quick listen but not one that I wanted to rush. Some books I like to whip through at 1.25x speed to soak in all the goodies, check it off my listen, and move on to the next. There are times, however, when a book makes me want to slow down and be pampered. The author’s words and narrator’s voice made me feel like I was lying on a tropical beach soaking in rays of sun. This book was a hug, a friend, a whisper, a pat on the back, and a lighthouse that reminds me of who I am and that maybe it’s not too late for the hidden desires of my heart. The narrator’s voice, pronunciation, and pauses are absolutely captivating, right on time, and sincere. It feels as those the author’s words touched the narrator’s heart as well. Get this book. Listen fast or slow. Take time to soak in the truth, cry a little, and start it again when you’re ready.

Another Hit!

I was in love with the first Mistletoe Murder, I don’t know how this one slipped by me for a few weeks! Soooo glad I came across this second installment and that it’s an audiobook instead of podcast so I didn’t have to go from episode to episode. There’s a cliffhanger so there has to be a part 3…counting down!

The Audiobook I Didn’t Know I Needed

This is my first audiobook by this author but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m already going through her catalogue to find what’s next. The performances were INCREDIBLE as well. I’m going to look up more audiobooks by everyone — author and performers.

This beautifully touches on so many topics like being true to yourself, honesty, family, counseling, and finding true love in unexpected places. This has ignited at least the smallest spark to help me believe in love again for myself. From the bottom of my heart, thanks. XOXO

Loved Bowen & Cast

I picked this because it was recommended by Audible and I love Bowen Yang in SNL and other things I’ve seen him in. The cast had a good flow and the plot was good. I was pleased with this podcast. Gimme more!
