This audio contains a treasure trove of information on being able to easily embrace an Alkaline diet and lifestyle. I've read the book and having the book and audio together helps you remember and absorb what you learn. The author's style is genuine and helpful, taking you through the process step by step.
What did you like best about this story?
I like the recipes and her encouragement to adapt her methods to what works for you. You don't have to be perfect and making small changes over time will help you make Alkaline eating a part of your daily life.
What about Bo Morgan’s performance did you like?
She is steady and reads at a pleasant pace that is easy to follow along with.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I enjoyed the whole book and felt she shared a LOT of information.

I received a copy of this audio in exchange for my unbiased review. Good recipes and helpful advice on how to follow an Alkaline diet and lifestyle. Marta is very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from her books and audios. Highly recommended.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I really enjoyed listening to this book from my Echo while I was multi-tasking and doing other things. Then I downloaded the book and read while I was listening, it really helps you focus and remember. If you have time to do both you will remember more. I like the audiobooks because you can listen to them over and over. I do recommend this one.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Reiki and Reiki Meditation?
I was attuned to Reiki almost 20 years ago when information on it was not nearly as available as it is now. I am a Level 3 but haven't done much with Reiki recently. Reading and listening to this book was a great review. The information is very well organized and factual. As always, Marta writes like she is speaking to a friend so I felt encouraged to study more about Reiki and get back into using it for my own healing more often. This book helped make this energy accessible to me again.
Have you listened to any of Kim Holmes’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I haven't heard any other recordings from Kim Holmes but I do have several of Marta's audiobooks and many of her books. I felt this narrator was the best of her Audible books that I have heard. I like Marta's voice too but Kim did a really good job on this one. I'd be glad to listen to her again.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It helped me remember how much Reiki helped me when I practiced it regularly.

I received a free copy of this Audible in exchange for my honest, unbiased review. If you are at all interested in Reiki this is a great resource and will give you the information you are seeking. I really enjoy Marta's work, she is one of my favorite authors and I strongly resonate with her energy.

I read the book recently and really enjoyed it. I got a lot of information that helped to open my eyes to what I need to do to get back into practice with mindfulness. I was enthused and determined to practice. But then I finished it and moved on to the next book. I thought about it but didn't follow up.
I received a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I was glad to review this information and got a lot out of hearing it even if I did read it recently. I will listen to this over and over as I feel it will be a good reminder to practice mindfulness. I like that you can listen to Audibles from your Echo so you can multi task. It was a good recording and I got a lot out of it.
However, I do enjoy Marta's voice and although the lady who did the narration did a good job, I missed hearing Marta read this in her own voice.

I really like Marta's books and have read most of them. Her style is friendly and informative. She shares a lot about her own health journey and experience, giving practical down to earth guidance. I liked this book a lot but must say I prefer hearing her reading her own work. It was a little funny hearing a guy say things you expect to hear from a female voice. Overall this was a good audible, recommended!
