Best in a long time

I listen to romance novels all the time. 3-4 a week on average. This was the best I've listened to on a long, long time. A lovely little twist made it very memorable!

Great finish

I loved this last book far more than the others. They seemed as fillers to get to this, the real story. Part of that was the second book’s narration, which I hated. This made it worth while though.

Teensy gripe

I really enjoyed this book. It was delightfully predictable in all the right ways. The only thing that annoyed me was how she made a big deal about being bigger/taller than average at 5'6"... That doesn't sound reasonable or realistic as I personally stand at 5'11" and what would that make me?! Lol

One of the worst stories I've ever listened to. But I did listen to the whole thing. Morbid curiosity to see if it would get any better? The cognitive dissonance and mental gymnastics required to say "this man is super patient with me" after he tracked you down and demanded you come with him, and when you initially refuse he puts his fist through a wall in the hotel you've stayed in is simply mind boggling and unrealistic to me.

The story was good, though set sometime after 2000 and had pretty much no mention of cell phones, and everyone still had house phones, so it was a bit dated. Otherwise it was a decent enough story. I did have some skipping and audio screw ups in the last chapter.

Wasn't expecting much

I wasn't expecting much, I mean the guys name is Brick Savage. Come on. But it was actually an interesting plot and decent characters. Not nearly as cheezy and awful as the name would suggest.

Not the whole story

This is not what I was expecting. An "audio play" is not what I want, so I've learned my lesson. This story is almost entirely dialog, and changes events in the book to suit its dialog-only style. I'm a fan of unabridged books, this was not even close.

I very much enjoyed the unexpectedness in the story. Many events were surprising toward the end and it ended perfectly, but not at all how I would have guessed from the start.
