Not very complex....
Revisado: 11-13-14
What disappointed you about Thinblade?
A very predictable story. The language was quite dull. Did not finish the book.
Has Thinblade turned you off from other books in this genre?
No way. There are plenty of good authors in epic fantacy.
Any additional comments?
This book might work for someone that are new to the genre, but if you have read authors like Patrick Rothfuss, Brandon Sanderson, Scott Lynch or Anthony Ryan you'll be deeply dissapointed with the story.

Historia
They say that the Thorn of Camorr can beat anyone in a fight. They say he steals from the rich and gives to the poor. They say he's part man, part myth, and mostly street-corner rumor. And they are wrong on every count. Only averagely tall, slender, and god-awful with a sword, Locke Lamora is the fabled Thorn, and the greatest weapons at his disposal are his wit and cunning. He steals from the rich - they're the only ones worth stealing from - but the poor can go steal for themselves.

Great book!

What did you like best about this story?
The story is quite complex with a lot of twists and turns. Not very predictable, and I like that.
Any additional comments?
For me it took some time to get into the story, but once I got a feel of the characters I started to enjoy it.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I have already recommended this book to a friend of mine.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Alloy of Law: A Mistborn Novel?
The book compares to all of the previous Mistborn novels. Although the setting is more modern and the characters are all new, I still get the same good feeling I got when reading the previous novels. Magical system works very well, the dialogue is interesting and fun, the pace of the novel is well balanced, good characters.
What about Michael Kramer’s performance did you like?
Kramer is my favorite reader. He always performs well.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It was indeed, it was hard to lay it aside.
Any additional comments?
It's too short! I would be surprised if this was the last book in this series.
