I enjoy this series a lot. one of my favorites things about magic based books is the magic theory in them. This series could go into much more detail I feel, but I am delighted in how the author describes the magic.
I did notice a lot of strange sound difference in the audio quality of the narrator, and I don't know if it was intentional to draw attention to those parts of the story, but I do wish they'd gone over the audio and smoothed those bits out.

my complaints come as a surprise, because I don't really have a problem with the story, but maybe just a bit about how this particular book ended. I do wish the author put more emphasis on the trolls and the clean up effort to prevent more trolls, or maybe a brief visit with the trolls to go over how/if they got home. it was very unclear to me if they even got home. I may have missed it! as far as I know they stayed in the world with everyone because Selene was more concerned about Will. I does leave a lot of room for madness to take place in the future from that little tidbit.

Love this series

I know a few people have posted how bored they're getting of the author, but I just love living in this fantastic world he's made. this book has the main character wandering around and quite distracted from the main purpose of cultivating, but it's all just so entertaining to see what madness he will do next.

I love the story, but sometimes the way the author words things throws me off balance. On top of that, the way the narrator says certain phrases is a bit odd. all that being said, I love the fantasy that the author has created and I will definitely be following this series.
