Where does Grey rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It's right at the top. I loved this version even better than the first.
What did you like best about this story?
I loved knowing Christian's thoughts.
What about Zachary Webber’s performance did you like?
Zachary's performance was excellent. Made me feel as if I was in the story.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I laughed out loud several times in this book. No crying, though.
Any additional comments?
It was really nice to hear the book from Christian's perspective. I will definitely listen again. Can't wait until E.L. James comes out with books 2 and 3 from Christian's perspective.

We found a gem in this book.

What made the experience of listening to The Ravenmaster's Secret the most enjoyable?
The narrator was excellent and that makes all the difference to me concerning an audible book. His voice was just the right pitch and tone. The different voices he used for the characters made us visualize them better.
What about Simon Vance’s performance did you like?
We loved it for all the reasons I stated above.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes, when Ned left with Maddie.

Would you listen to Rise of Allies again? Why?
Yes, because my son and I love all of the Gryphon Chronicles books.
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite character is Dani O'Dell because she is a true friend to Jake and she keeps him grounded.
My son's favorite character is Archie, because my son loves how smart he is and my son wants to be a scientist as well.
What about Jamie du Pont MacKenzie’s performance did you like?
I love how Mr. MacKenzie can seem to do several voices at once. He is one of my favorite narrators. He really makes you believe you are right there in the story feeling and experiencing what the characters are going through.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When Derek had to leave them all to go on a mission and no one knew where he was going or when he was coming back.
Another moving moment, was when Nixie brought Archie back from the dead. I think I shed a tear at that point.
Any additional comments?
Another great book in this series. Can't wait for the next one.

Read this with my 7 yr old son and we loved it. My son keeps bugging me to get the next in the series. I will definitely buy it next week. If it's as good as the first one, I know we will be in for an adventure.
