Quite a bit of build up for such a quick conclusion. The resolution of the conflict seemed to wrap up rather hastily. At the end it felt like a lot of the characters were forgotten, leaving a few loose ends.

I was finding the home buying process daunting with so many steps to consider. This book easily breaks down each step in sections from putting your finances in order, selecting the right lender and real estate agent, understanding taxes, interest, and insurance, and clarifying things like escrow and earnest money. I took a break between sections to digest each concept while listening as an audiobook while taking my morning walks. I allowed time between sections to chat with friends, who had made home purchases, and bounce ideas off them that I had learned about in the book. I prefer this book over other first time homebuyer books that I have also read.
