Historia
After the arrival of the multiversal monopoly BuyMort, life got brutal. All systems were through BuyMort. All currency was through BuyMort. All sales were through BuyMort. You could resist, you could compete, but it didn’t really matter because in the end you used BuyMort—or you perished. BuyMort be praised. But not everyone’s happy with the new system. Some, even, want to see it destroyed. It’s quick. It’s convenient. And it will help people kill you and your family as readily as it will help them sell you knickknacks for a quick mortie.

Decent but drags on.
Revisado: 03-18-24
I mostly enjoyed the start of the story. However, as it continues on the author begins to ramble on about the intricate thoughts and feelings of the protagonist. The other characters are also very sharing about how they feel and what they are thinking. I feel the author is worried the reader will miss something. There is a lot of information that isn't needed and scenes within the story that take a short amount of time but many words. It is worth a try if you enjoy these sorts of stories, but I feel it needs a large amount of work.

The war is in full swing. Following the unprecedented outcome of the siege at Fort Yimin, both the Republic and the Empire are forced to drastically reevaluate their plans for the conflict. With matters on the western front more or less settled for the moment, the warring nations turn their attention toward the eastern theatre. Winter looms on the horizon, threatening to deadlock the region and put a temporary halt to hostilities.

Enjoyable yet somewhat political.
Revisado: 09-26-23
I really enjoyed listening to this story! It was very entertaining and the characters are enjoyable. However, it seems as if there is some political propaganda or perhaps a push for certain ideas sewed into this story. Regardless of that, this story is quite good! Listen to this!

Historia
Greg and Julian need to make a choice—die in the tornado that’s sucked them up in their van, or agree to hunt monsters in a world full of magic and levels and, oh yeah…monsters. The two frat bros may be master ghost hunters to their podcast listeners, but they never expected their antics to be taken seriously by a goddess in another dimension. And since when are ghosts the same as monsters? Awkward. But when the other option is certain death, it seems like it’s worth giving it the old college try.

Fantastic Story and Narration!
Revisado: 09-18-23
This story was fantastic! I really enjoyed listening and the quality narration made it smooth as silk. It made me laugh quite a bit and the characters are superb. I see that there are some rather scathing reviews for this book mixed in with the glowing ones, these people are full of shite. Listen to this!

Historia
As Thomas' life ends, the gods of another world swoop in and grab his soul. What they needed was a champion with the courage and strength to fight against the rising chaos in their world of Eternis. What they got was a college math student who spent more time gaming than he does studying. When they throw him into a new world, in a new body, at least they give him a familiar gaming interface. Or, it would have been familiar, if he hadn’t lost his memories from the trauma of his death.

Tried too hard without succeeding.
Revisado: 10-21-22
I disliked how the world building and magic system were laid out, just didn't make sense for me. The character interactions were rushed and felt a bit contrived. Characters would fall in love with one another for no apparent reason other than plot. Then the author decides to kill off characters at the end of the story. This wasn't for me.

A decent and entertaining listen.
Revisado: 04-22-22
The author 'massively' overuses some words. That said, the story is worth listening to as an entertaining background for whatever you might be doing. I skipped through small parts of the story when encountering parts that should have been edited out, such as character introductions that do not matter.

Ben has felt something missing from his life for a very long time. After losing his job at a meat-packing factory, he goes out for a few beers, and (literally) stumbles into the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. The beautiful woman, who turns out to be none other than the newly crowned Miss America, accepts Ben's shoes on one condition: He takes her shoes in return.

Historia
Korrash, an adventurer from the kingdom of Eastmere, is bored. In the weeks since the pitched battle with the Ghoul Nurse-matron, he’s cleaned up so many vampire infestations that he’s on auto-pilot. He’d rather be out honing his heroic magic into something truly legendary. Occasionally, he remembers that his name is Arthur Mallory: a real person with a family, and maybe even some friends. Trapped in this virtual world, his attempts to log out have ended only in failure and migraines. He must embrace every source of power he can find if he expects to stop them.

Disgusting protagonist.
Revisado: 09-17-21
The protagonist of this story is the epitome of weakness and incompetence. They are armed with powerful allies and magic but bumble about as if drunk throughout their activities. Some people may enjoy this story due to the setting and some of the interesting ideas the author implemented. I did not.
