Couldn’t put this one down…great story!!!

This is probably one of the best books I’ve listened to this year. The story was a little dark but was entertaining and kept me on the edge of my seat. The supporting characters were a good addition to the storyline. Even the narrators did an awesome job. I will be getting book 2 immediately.

Absolutely amazing!!!

I couldn’t put this book down. I was up at 2AM listening to it. The story is great, the duet style narrative is perfect. There is romance, suspense, thriller, and paranormal in this story that the author brings all together. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. The ending is not your typical romance HEA ending but it’s the perfect ending for this storyline.

Story was slow but ending was fast..

This book took me weeks to finish. It started off good then the middle was boring and slow. I couldn’t get into it but I was committed to getting to the end. The ending was great and before you knew it, it was over. If this book would of kept the same tempo throughout it would of been a lot more interesting. Narrators were ok not bad.

I could barely get through this book. Nothing exciting to the storyline. The storyline felt very rushed. I don't feel like we got to really know the characters in this book. The narrators were ok.

Good read

This book was not as good as the previous ones. It was still a decent read. Clay and Andrea's story was a little boring to me however it was interesting to have the characters from the previous book in this one. The ending was great and probably the best part.

Loved hearing Gideon and Eva's story

I anxiously waited for this book to finally come out and it was great! I loved how we got both Eva and Gideon's perspectives. I enjoyed this book much more than the previous one. There was a so much going on in the book...mystery, suspense, and of course romance. I however did not care for the ending. I would of liked to get more of what the future is like for Gideon and Eva. Overall this book did not let me down.

Not one of Alice Clayton's best...just ok

I absolutely love Alice Clayton's books and writing. But this one let me down. The story did have moments when I was laughing but the story just lacked something. Her wallbanger and redhead series are far superior. I really didn't like the ending and the whole story was...blah. It seemed like she just threw in some random characters here and there to help fill in the storyline. It was just ok.

Another great book in the series. I would love to hear more of Caroline an Simon's story. I absolutely love all of Alice Clayton books and the narration is always awesome.

This book is not my usual listen. I thought I would take a chance on it since I loved the Harry Potter series and I'm so glad I did. The story really kept me tuned in to it. There is mystery, comedy, suspense, and magic all in this story. I can't wait to finish the next one. If this kind of storyline is your thing...then you will love this one.

I have to admit that I am very invested in this series. I could not put this one down and will be awaiting for book 3. The story was interesting and holds your attention. There is a lot of drama going on in this book. The female lead character was extremely frustrating for me. She was too much self doubting and negative about everything. I really wanted to slap her! Other than that this book is a must read. I now have to know how this story ends.
