Historia
Although a couple of wars were fought on the European continent during the 19th century, an uneasy peace was mostly maintained across the continent for most of the 19th century after Napoleon. Despite this ostensible peace, the Europeans were steadily conducting arms races against each other. With Europe anticipating a potential war, all that was missing was a conflagration. That would start in 1908, when Austria-Hungary annexed Bosnia-Herzegovina in the Balkan Peninsula, drawing it into dispute with Russia. Moreover, this upset neighboring Serbia.

Informative Material but Painful Pronunciation
Revisado: 10-22-23
Very good book, however, the if you are going to be a professional reader you should at least learn how to pronounce slavic names. That part was painful.

Fantastic! A Must Read
Revisado: 10-23-20
Chris and Reid hit It out of the park on this one. They are very detailed in their approach to Blitzscaling. They give you a step-by-step guide. It full of practical examples of companies that did a good job and others that did not.

Historia
In 2009, Tiger Woods was the most famous athlete on the planet, a transcendent star of almost unfathomable fame and fortune living what appeared to be the perfect life - married to a Swedish beauty and the father of two young children. Winner of 14 major golf championships and 79 PGA Tour events, Woods was the first billion-dollar athlete, earning more than $100 million a year in endorsements from the likes of Nike, Gillette, AT&T, and Gatorade. But it was all a carefully crafted illusion. As it turned out, Woods had been living a double life for years.

Whoa! No Stone Left Unturned
Revisado: 07-14-18
Jeff and Armen don't hold anything back. The research for this book was very well done. They conducted over 400 interviews even visiting the Tiger's Father's Grave. I look forward the forthcoming book on Lebron James!

Historia
Told through the eyes of current and former Navy SEALs, Eyes on Target is an inside account of some of the most harrowing missions in American history-including the mission to kill Osama bin Laden and the mission that wasn't, the deadly attack on the US diplomatic outpost in Benghazi where a retired SEAL sniper with a small team held off one hundred terrorists while his repeated radio calls for help went unheeded.

Gripping Stories
Revisado: 07-14-18
This is a fabulous read. I have read many books on Navy SEALs and this is at the top of the list rivaled only by Fearless. I have read it several times. Miniter does deep research on his material.

Historia
He’s the president with the asterisk by his name: Richard Milhous Nixon, the only US president to resign from office. But Richard Nixon’s legacy to the history of the US is much more complicated than the scandal of Watergate. His is the classic story of American legend - a young man who rose from his humble roots to achieve power and influence. Was Nixon a villain or a hero? Meet the president whose personality consisted of conflicting layers of pragmatism, patriotism, and self-doubt, which caused a fall from grace that roiled American democracy.

Not Bad, sort is a Fast Food Approach to a Nixon Biography
Revisado: 07-05-18
The content is good but the recording as it was put together gets stuck sometimes. It sounds like a scratch on an old 33 record with years ago. It repeats itself. The first time I heard it I thought it was done for emphasis. By the third time I realized it appears to be a production error.
