Wonderful production!!

FINALLY! Dual narrators that have a conversation with each other as intended versus handing off chapters off to one another. It was so nice to hear the variety of voices for the female and male characters throughout the book. The sound effects were also so very effective in conveying the supernatural happenings appropriate to each situation and character. This is how I would love to see the audiobook community grow.

Nice continuation in the Buchanan narrative with tie ins to Garwood’s earlier stories. Nice accents when needed when it was obvious but someone forgot to tell the narrator that prior characters from other storylines have accents also. It’s a pet peeve when narrators aren’t informed of such and the carry over isn’t done, especially when these are main characters from other books.

This was a good overall storyline and I always enjoy listening to Ms Kelly. For the length of the story it was as fleshed out as it could be. This was an easy ménage romance without any explicit scenes some have delved into in other books. Almost an introductory one? A lengthy storyline and a bit more would’ve garnered a 5 starred review.

This audiobook is the only one of this series. This series is a spin off of another series prior to this one. There is character crossover. The world building is nice, however, getting through the first couple of chapters is difficult. Maybe it wouldn’t be if I had read the other series. The narrator does well with giving the characters differing voices but he does tend to plod along vs it being a smooth read. I also felt as if the sex scenes were becoming gratuitous vs a necessary part of the storyline.

Amanda Ronconi knocks another one out of the park. She keeps to character the accents she has created throughout the series, which I like to hear narrators do when they build worlds. Storyline is tru to form for this series. Would building continues for Ms Harper in. A steady path. Well done.

Love the author and the narrator! We get different voices for different characters. Accents, although the Out of town ones are little lagging. Excellent storyline very believable . Love getting into a new series with this author and love that she has kept a familiar narrator.

Glad to see that Cammy got her HEA. The characters are always fleshed out so very well and we have a new story arcs. Again I am lost with a narrator who cannot or at this point will not do accents in a series he has been reading for YEARS! We the audience deserve better.
