I enjoyed this very much. It helped greatly to add a rational and logical understanding to such books as 'The Secret'. Very in depth, the type of book you want to listen to over and over to really get the most out of it.

The author should have definitely gotten someone else to to read, as his delivery was extremely irritating. The material was very poor, silly anectdotes of questionable relevance. I could not stand it anymore and did not finish listening past the first 2 or 3 chapters.

While the author is obviously enthusiastic about his subject, his articulation is amatuerish and eventually became irritating to listen to. I felt the material was probably good for someone who had never before been introduced to any self help teachings, but for all others, it was very elementary. I did not finish listening to the tape.
