Awesome book. Lived loving instead just talk. Had only heard the "I have a dream" speech before this. Wonderful book - made my wife and I cry numerous times. Wish we still had leaders like this today. Real Christians. Love all

My wife and listened to this -- as Chrisitians this is what we expected the church to behave like not the fear based Trumpism. Thank God for a love based approach to making America truly great both spiritually and physically! thanks for the hope and peace found in this book!

Would you listen to No Is Not Enough again? Why?

Yes - very important concepts in book.

What was one of the most memorable moments of No Is Not Enough?

The fact that just defeating trump isn't enough - because then we'll be back where we were before he got elected. We need a vision of how things should be and promote that - and then defeat trump.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Obesity Code to be better than the print version?

Im the guy that's tried every diet on earth and loves to exercise and is still fat. Every couple of years try a new book and give it a try. I began applying the principles in this book -- will check in in a few months.

What did you like best about this story?

Every is evidence based on human studies and it all resonates.

What about Brian Nishii’s performance did you like?

Excellent and fun to listen to. Educational and entertaining.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I've made every mistake in the books list of mistakes.

Any additional comments?

Will check in after a few months and see if it worked.

Would you try another book from Bob Altemeyer and/or Bob Altemeyer?

no

Would you be willing to try another book from Bob Altemeyer? Why or why not?

no. he explains fanatical religion as the root of many evils (which it is) but then he goes into how evolution is the mark of the enlightened mind even though there's no fossil support. He should have stuck to statistics and science and left out his bias towards evolution as science.

Which character – as performed by Bob Altemeyer – was your favorite?

no characters.

Do you think The Authoritarians needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

no

Any additional comments?

good buck on fanatical religion but should have left out evolution as the mark of the enlightened scientific mind. I'm an engineer and studied evolution IN DEPTH and there's no fossil evidence supporting small changes over large time. And if Darwin knew about DNA he'd probably change his theory.

I normally piss people off when I say that minorities still face racism today.

Mr. Wise cover's the problem front and back elegantly in a way that you can't that's bullet proof.

Thank god for a merciful lucid approach to equality.

If you could sum up The Name of God Is Mercy in three words, what would they be?

God is Love and Mercy

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love the story of how the Pope approaches confession.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes -- I didn't know how important mercy and confession were. The Sacraments are very important. Especially when he says that sometimes God is probably happy when we commit a Grave sin because it keeps us humble and reminds us how important God's love is and his forgiveness (I know it's tongue in cheek).

Any additional comments?

Excellent book on what being a Christian is really all about. Mercy and helping those who are hurting.

Would you listen to Design Revolution again? Why?

yes -- excellent book with excellent, easy to grasp, scientific arguments. Shows the difference between science and ideology.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Design Revolution?

Says that back in Darwin's day people thought fly's were just made of slime. Now we know about DNA.

What does Grover Gardner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Easy to listen to so I finished it. Reading such a long book is a project.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Quantifying "design" via specified complexity to mathematically infer design instead of subjective means.

Any additional comments?

Instead of being a religious zealot -- approach creation scientifically. The truth is the truth.
