This book saved me 5+ years of therapy.

There are no words to express my gratitude for this book being written. I am a huge Carl Jung fan and having this death mother wound described so gracefully and thoughtfully with stories and myths explaining archetypes and how we can look at our own dreams and our own perceptions while listening to fairy tales... are gifts that we can take with us for the rest of our living (and dreaming) days. My mouth was hanging open at so many points during this book and I took so many notes that have prompted instant breakthroughs for me that I cannot say enough about how important this book is to one's Journey especially dealing with today's society with the pressures of performance and production. the authors are a wealth of information and have even more resources beyond this book to help us all in our transformation and individuation. Simply Lifechanging. yeah... it's that good if you got the guts to walk through The Forest.

Every woman needs to read this book!

I originally did not think that I was going to learn that much from this book being that I have been working with my own anatomy for a while, cycle syncing as outlined in the book, InThe Flo, Yoni steams Mayan massage etc... but wow is this book thorough and the information is presented in such a beautiful empowering way that I will continue to read this book over and over probably once a year..

Really nice refresher, foundation and awakening

This is a great foundational source for women at the beginning of their claim of personal authority. But it also a nice refresher as well as inspirational for women who have been on the path for quite some time. It is a breath of fresh air and such an inspirational pulse to have this information read to you it is great for anyone really... and it will remind you of who you really are regardless of how long you have been studying or how much you think you know. It is never a bad idea to go back to your foundation and fortify things

Lifechanging and Empowering! A must for all women!

this book is very grounded well resource and presented and such a beautiful non-confrontational way. it is highly enlightening and educational for anyone who considers themselves a feminist Christian or any women on the spiritual path to reclaim the goddess Within or the Divine female component of the Soul. the explanation of the spiritual alchemy that is possible for us is laid out beautifully in an easy to understand storyline. I trust this author and I trust her sources and I will support her and all of her endeavors for her work is invaluable and important to the planet and to all men and women. This book will change you and bless you.

Breathtaking narration, life-changing content

Sophie exudes the Goddess in every sense of her being. Her narration is breathtaking and each meditation she walks you through is a mini initiation that you can feel. I have never seen so much amazing laid out information about goddess archetypes in such a gentle embracing way. You feel yummy the entire time and you just want to listen to Sophie's voice every time you listen to an audiobook. I am so inspired and I can honestly say that I am not the same after reading this. What a gift to the planet. I also thought it to be very considerate how she addressed the gay trans and non-binary community. She is tapped in and on point. Experiencing this narration will change you, initiate you and bless you.

Very important story to be told.

Everyone needs to hear the story of Glenn Shirley. I LOVED the actual interviews with the guys who were there. wow. I had to take the overly dramatic narration with a grain of salt, and I got used to it, because the story was more important to me. After all, it was a passion project and you can't fault someone for freaking out over Johnny Cash.

An absolute MUST for any relationship seeker!

This book is so important to understanding how to effectively navigate a relationship via discernment and communication style. The book lays out the 3 basic forms of attachment styles- anxious, secure and avoidant, as well as how to spot them and interact with each one specifically. This book teaches you how to handle "conflict" and diffuse it as well as guidelines to "effective communication." It also teaches you how to spot the warning signs in a potential new partner in the first 10 minutes of meeting! It's just such a great life skills book that empowers you back into the driver's seat. It truly is ok to rely on your partner and depend on each other, but it is who you choose to partner with and your ability to be be self-reflective with open eyes that makes all the difference. There is no reason to be crippled by fear around relationship issues. Take a deep breath.. and listen to this book.

This book changed my life .

from the time that I had started this book until the time that I had ended it my life had actually changed, and I had actually healed at least half of my childhood trauma by just having these very important stages of child development explained so perfectly. I did not mind the biblical references for I found them to be quite poignant and insightful. I will continue to listen to this book over and over throughout the years as a tool in my life to become more functional and happy. This book has taught me how to live from a place of intent and purpose instead of reaction. Boundaries as outlined in this book are the Key to self stewardship
