Historia
For August, Ryker, and Steve, the alpha werewolves in question, there's nothing ridiculous or confusing at all about wanting Dylan. The human smells like the word mate incarnate, and he's so achingly perfect that the idea of not having him is too terrible to even consider. Sweet, eager to please, and unexpectedly funny, he's everything they could ever want in a mate. With three of them and only one of Dylan, August, Ryker, and Steve are going to have to figure out how to make this work. Someone has to be left out in the cold, and no one wants it to be them.

Okay the spice is about 3/3rds… wait that means all of it… nope that’s pretty accurate.

So far as I can tell this is a BDSM based scenes. Personally a lot of it was on edge but it was consensual and just intense. The author has written an amazing story and while that was not the main focus it was well done in my opinion. The only reason I gave the story 4/5 was because I wanted more. I will keep an eye on this series!

A outstanding story of learning and becoming
Revisado: 11-14-24
I got this book knowing it was a bit short for my taste as I like longer stories and I will say that this book was an amazing tale. I love the characters and the amount of depth they have and the emotions they carry. They go through a rough patch with difficulty in communication but one has a back for picking up the others language in a fascinating way. This is a story of two who find each other and become more then even you may understand. This book does have spice and n my opinion they are good as they have a reason and are part of the core of the story. Much love to the VA and the writer! You broke me and I hate that but thank you

Historia
Oxnard Matheson was twelve when his father taught him a lesson: Ox wasn’t worth anything and people would never understand him. Then his father left. Ox was sixteen when the energetic Bennett family moved in next door, harboring a secret that would change him forever. The Bennetts are shapeshifters. They can transform into wolves at will. Drawn to their magic, loyalty, and enduring friendships, Ox feels a gulf between this extraordinary new world and the quiet life he’s known, but he finds an ally in Joe, the youngest Bennett boy.

Soap bubbles… and three years…
Revisado: 10-31-24
I listened to this and absorbed it like a sponge of emotion. I love TJ Klunes books (The Extraordinaries?) and I am writing this review after knowing and listening to the full series of the Green creek books. I love how well he has constructed this world and currently I am trying to listen to this for a third time. I just heard the title of chapter three and its title alone was a gut punch as that’s just how filled every chapter this book is. Everything has a meaning to it and is special in memory and means something. Gosh I should stop there so I avoid spoilers but if you are looking for a series with a continuation of the same perspective I am sorry to say that this series is not like that but other characters in this book. However I highly recommend it as this was the series that broke that wall for me and made it worth the read (listen). This book is about how Oxnard Matthasen grows into a wonderful person even if he is a bit confusing and in his head a lot. This book and series shows how growth can come from many roots and shed many leaves of many colors and shades.

Revisado: 07-29-24
When I first started this series I completely fell in love with it without even knowing it. I easily and seamlessly slipped into the series and when things got tough I got angry for the characters and at what was described. I don’t get too engrossed into too many books like this and by the time I finished the first book I was raw. So raw it hurt. Then I Started Ravensong and realized it was a different perspective. That disrupted me and how I took the series and I had to take a break. Heck I even forced myself to listen to it for a bit but it was too much of a change for me. After a little bit I resumed it and almost within thirty or so minutes I was back in the work of the book. Not as much as Wolfsong but deeply so. I knew from there on I would never hear the rest of the series from Ox’s perspective and that sucked but I moved on. I loved Ravensong once I got past the start and crumbled once it ended as I knew I also lost Gordos perspective even if he is a witch in the ass. From there I picked this book up without much hesitation as I just wanted to push through and understand more of what a wonderful story TJ. Klune had to share. The start was confusing as it gets. For me at least. I personally think I attuned to Robby more than Ox even though he was not the original character. This book had my emotions in a mess and I could hardly take a break for longer than a few minutes. Robby is someone I will hold close to my heart and I write this just moments after listening to Heartsong. And my oh my… how it hurts. I want to listen to the next book more then anything but as I may have said. I suck with endings. If you are still reading this I will say this. Be prepared to loose yourself. But also remember that your perspective of this fantastic series is what makes it yours in your own way.
TJ. Klune. You are one fantastic heart breaker

Okay. Amazing book and I am going to assume the series is amazing as well but me being me I probably won’t get the rest as I personally get attached to the main character. I loved the story writing and go lost in this story many times. Thank you so much for such a fantastic book.

Amazing storytelling

I am currently listening to this again within a week of first finishing it. Once I started this book I could hardly bring myself to stop for a hour or longer. Even in my dreams I had it my mind. This is truly a beautiful and horrifying and true experience. The first time I finished it I was an absolute wreck and had a break down. It took me a bit to recover but once I did I could only smile and enjoy it. I really, REALLY hope there is a second book to this as it would make a legendary series!
Aeron Dusk. This is a fantastic book and thank you. But also flip you for the ending!!!
I also highly recommend his second book called The Varcross Key. It’s not a continuation of this book but another fantastic book!

Flipping fantastic story telling!!! I listened to this the day after finishing the first book and I am writing this with about two hours of sleep as my brain would not flipping let me sleep. I love how Max has started to grow (I mean everyone in general) as he starts to take the reins into his hands! I don’t want to say too much just in case ya haven’t read / listened to the previous book or this one but it has wonderful characters and great representation especially for the LGBTQIA+ community!!!!
Penny Jessup. This series is flipping amazing and thank you for opening my eyes in ways I never could have thought possible!!!

Historia
Max Remus couldn't care less about finding his mate—unlike the rest of his fate-obsessed pack. He totally prefers hanging with his bestie, eating his dad's steak sandwiches, and drawing in his trusty sketchbook. But all that is about to change at the Blue Moon Festival—a summer camp where Elite Pack wolves go to find their mates. The festival is a rite of passage for every teen werewolf, and this year's festival will be one to howl home about. The alpha's son, Jasper Apollo, is attending for the first time.
