Second Time Around

I absolutely love the plot line for this story. This is my second time listening to this book. It has some really heated moments so beware.. Bravo to the author overall 5/5 stars. The narrator's character's voice can be a tad grating but that might just be how they needed to sound.

Chick is annoying

I have some issues with the female lead character. Yes I know she has gone through some very traumatic things and therefore has issues to work through. But she is petty childish and most times just stupid. I love the story line and the action, but the female lead drives me a tad crazy.

Leading Lady is wretched

The leading male character deserved so much more than the harpy he acquired. She is one of those arrogant and prideful witches that thinks she is always right. If she would have just talked to him instead of jumping to conclusions it would have been fine. She is small and immature and shows no real depth. I'm not a huge fan of this book. We will see how the rest of the series goes...
