Historia
January 1888: Dr. John H. Watson has returned to 221b Baker Street, just weeks after a personal tragedy has left him bereaved and bereft. Feeling like a broken man, his plans and dreams lying in ruin, he slowly tries to make his way forward, with the help of Sherlock Holmes and Mrs. Hudson. Unexpectedly, he finds himself standing in the path of a madman—who suddenly and irrationally blames Watson for his apparent defeat.

I couldn’t follow the plot with a map
Revisado: 03-15-24
The plot is convoluted and unbelievable. It is far too long ( lconan Doyle himself realized the adventures should be short stories, not novels).

Historia
Three events transpired in 1492 in the Iberian Peninsula, which had tremendous ramifications for years to come. The first was the conquest of Granada, i.e., the last Muslim stronghold, by Castilian and Aragonese forces. The victory ended eight hundred years of Islam-ic rule. The conquest of Granada eventually also led to the conversions of many Muslims to Christianity, the phenomenon of Crypto-Islam, and the eventual expulsion of the descendants of these converts in 1609.

No information about conquistadors

Don’t be mistaken by the title. This is a recitation of Jews in the old and new world, with no real information on their exploration, conquests, Jews that successfully conquered in the new world and eventually established a vast trading network. Weird.
