Dan seems like a good enough guy and there were a few good anecdotes baked in here. With that said, this book was painful. It was somewhere between a personal marketing piece for his career coaching business and an organize your life for dummies. I believe he had decent intentions when he wrote this book but it could have been a 50 minute pod cast vs an 8 hour book. It took every inch of my will power to finish this book. The entire message is “if you can get something in business/life done for less than the value of your time you should outsource it and focus on other more valuable life/business pursuits.”

As former Amazon employee, I thought the story laid out a well communicated history of the company. However, Brad could not help himself. He allowed his obvious political bias and progressive agenda to intercede every chapter. It became unbearable. It’s too bad authors like Brad cannot focus their energy on story telling verse playing the propagandist.

A great curation of many of Charlie’s greatest talks and lectures. As a huge fan of Charlie’s, I loved the context provided by the author and loved the well curated collection of Charlie’s lectures/talks. He was a man of great/useful frameworks that he truly lived by.

A good book written by two Democrats

It s a good book, but the two authors do everything possible to try to infer a connection between crooks and Trump, it’s awkward. They try to suggesting a connection due to the fact one of the crooks stayed at a Trump Hotel. Lol. Unfortunately for the authors narrative, no connection exists between Trump and the crooks. A sad truth for the authors. However there was a meaning connection between the crooks and Barry Obama, something the authors brush aside. What’s hilarious about the quick dismissal is Obama was closely connected with the crooks, in fact golfing buddies, and his friendship likely helped the crooks pull of the steal. However the authors could never hold Obama to account for his actions, due to their affection for him. On that note, I hope these authors can give up mud slinging in their future books, or at least focus scrutinizing the US leader that was actually connected to the criminality.

It’s a great story non the less.

Fareed had a great opportunity to write thorough analysis, but instead let his leftist indoctrination dominate his writing. He took regular editorial liberties throughout the book. He repeatedly attempted to rewrite history in order to craft a narrative that would support his globalist takes. He also needs to get over his hatred for Donald Trump. His hatred clouded his analysis. His repeated lies about the president ultimately puts into question the credibility of analysis.
