The adventures of Ratty, Mole, Badger, and Toad of Toad Hall. The Wind in the Willows appeals to both children and adults, but for different reasons. Children love the zany Toad of Toad Hall and his frantic escapades. Adults appreciate the lyrical, superlatively wistful descriptions of the rustic English landscape.

I so thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of The Wind in
The Willows. I had never heard the entire story before and hadn’t heard how Toad Hall was reclaimed. The talk of life on the river had me fall asleep and dream of being part of the story. I’m going to get the book but most likely will hold my grandchildren and we will listen to Audible to hear the wonderful story again and again. Thank you for making this classic story available!!!
