Historia
Instead of succumbing to life on the streets, Kimbrough sought the one thing that would redeem him from that dismal, expected fate—education. This is the story of a young man who, despite all the forces that worked against him, fiercely determined to make a better life for himself, and is resolute about showing others the way.

Raw But Great Read
Revisado: 01-07-25
This book was raw, felt way too familiar … a little triggering at times as a former foster care kid … but overall a good read. I am always amazed to see what some people are willing to achieve in spite of. Orvin achieved a lot in spite of … Some people come to realize that if God didn’t give it to you, it’s because you didn’t need it to fulfill the purpose he created you for! Thanks Orvin for having the courage to share your story
