I found the information compelling and a "no-brainer" to add this to all our current school programs. I would encourage parents to know this data and share with your administrators and teachers. We have instituted our own morning work-out program before school due to the data. A definite must read.

Interesting but heavy on statistics.

I get that the authors are researchers and it definitely has many statistical moments to slough through, however (a word used often by the authors), there are some nice stories to help with their research. Since it's the first book really of it's kind - good first attempt. Look forward to the follow-on trending and changes.

Inspiring regardless of your personal religiosity

Whether you take this story at face value or you just read/listen past the scripture and see the power of the mind for this little boy - it is a wonderful story and should be shared.
Production quality of this recording was not as polished as most I listen to but was just ok in that respect.

I will start by stating that I don't agree with Michael and all of his political views but I find the way he presented his topics and family stories insightful. This is a must for everyone - and push through the topics you don't agree with him on, if any. As he will share his father's words - how do we agree and let's move from there.
