Historia
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Good for identifying basic negatives.
For something this wordy, I missed end of chapter (or end of book) highlight/main point/or even a to do list.

Wish this was mandatory study for all and we held eachother accountable to going the binaries practiced here.
It’s a counseling book for counselors. Diagnosis isn’t really mentioned but unhealthy, out of balance attitudes and actions are given practical actions to turn into healthy relating, whereby diagnosis wouldn’t be applicable anymore anyway (tendencies/propensity vs. active/inactive character habits).

In The Brain That Changes Itself, Norman Doidge described the most important breakthrough in our understanding of the brain in 400 years: the discovery that the brain can change its own structure and function in response to mental experience - what we call neuroplasticity. His revolutionary new book shows, for the first time, how the amazing process of neuroplastic healing really works. It describes natural, noninvasive avenues into the brain provided by the forms of energy around us.

Lots of details and few helpful bottom lines
Revisado: 03-26-22
Lots of details, which would be fine if more pertinent/practical application information were made available.
It was a lot of time for someone like me, seeking help and health insight/to do’s with very few bottom lines.
Seemed more like a long research paper.
