Historia
After surviving the Purging Trials, Ordinary-born Paedyn Gray has killed the King, and kickstarted a Resistance throughout the land. Now she’s running from the one person she had wanted to run to. Kai Azer is now Ilya’s Enforcer, loyal to his brother Kitt, the new King. He has vowed to find Paedyn and bring her to justice. Across the deadly Scorches, and deep into the hostile city of Dor, Kai pursues the one person he wishes he didn’t have to. But in a city without Elites, the balance between the hunter and hunted shifts – and the battle between duty and desire is deadly.

The romance
Revisado: 01-01-25
Certain parts, especially the journey between Kai and Payden are actually suffocating. It could have been better. I hope Fearless will highlight all that is missing. It’s a lot that is missing and that has not been addressed in this book.

Historia
Hailed by The New York Times as "a marvel of storytelling", The Things They Carried’s portrayal of the boots-on-the-ground experience of soldiers in the Vietnam War is a landmark in war writing. Now, three-time Emmy Award winner-Bryan Cranston, star of the hit TV series Breaking Bad, delivers an electrifying performance that walks the book’s hallucinatory line between reality and fiction and highlights the emotional power of the spoken word.

Lost and never found

Book started of great with a great performance. I got lost in the story line jumping from story to story and couldn't bring myself back to the flow.

Movie in a Book
Revisado: 11-24-21
The fact that Will Smith narrated his own book made it so much more personal. I'm so glad I bought the Audible instead of the book. One of the best Auto Biographies I have ever listened to. I love the style Big Willie presented this book, knowing that he can't be outdone he had to go further than any other Author. Man, it's so great to get to know Will on a personal level, his life through his eyes.
Will takes you on a journey, teaching you his life lessons at the same time. His teachings, his upbringing, his gratitude to his friends and family are all as real as can be. He doesn't hold back on his truth.
He shows you how you don't need to be a gangster to tell you such an inspirational story, your average Joe coming up in the world by using your mind and discipline to achieve anything you want. Defy all odds and push forward.
