There was nothing to dislike about the books in this series. I just know that the two shape-shifting children will be rescued, but how is the big question.

Historia
Jon Ryan has some unfinished business. Since he caused the universe to reboot, well, he can't seem to find his wife of two billion years. That's one great big oops. He also can't find the massive time ship Aramthella and her human crew. Double oops. And then there's the matter of not knowing whey why there are several copies of key people in the new reality he must navigate. Triple oops. He actually knows one whole heck of a lot less about his current situation than seems healthy. But he's Jon Ryan, former fighter pilot turned android warrior for humankind.

Historia
Guess who may just need to end time? You got it: Jon Ryan may be forced to cancel, terminate, and definitively end time itself—everywhere. Why is he straying in that direction? Well, he wanted to fix the timeline. After the Clan no-timed Earth and Jon resurrected it, he was stressed that the new future would void out the very future that gave us our hero himself. So, Jon did his best to fix the timeline according to how he thought it should be.

Historia
Danger the likes Boone McCreery has never seen is brewing in the Black Hills. Fresh in from Santa Fe, he’s returned to Deadwood to seek justice for his uncle - and maybe to see about a girl. Little did he know his search for justice would have him stumbling into a hornets’ nest beyond his worst nightmare. One thing is for certain: The trouble he and his compadres chance upon deep in the trees is a long way from ordinary.

Definitely out of the ordinary. The narrative was attention holding. The battle in the forest was one of the best scenes I've read in quite a while.

Anticipation
Revisado: 10-02-22
Throughout this whole series of stories, I was in a state of anticipation, waiting for the next shoe to drop.
I was on edge leading up to, during, and after the battle with the North men. There was a deep sadness with the loss of so many beloved friends.

Historia
Alex Hawk spent a decade trying to return from Kragdon-ah. Now he is safely back in the 21st century with daughters Amy and Sanda and his loyal, giant dog. All is peaceful and good, until 10 years later, Alex hears an incredible commotion in the basement where the door into time still stands safely behind a brick wall. The wall has fallen. A giant warrior has stepped through and uttered four words in a language Alex has almost forgotten: "Manta-ak! We need you!"

Nothing New
Revisado: 09-18-22
Nothing new under the sun. History repeats itself. Every age has a culture believing in a sense of superiority and domination, so how would that look far into the future. With an American Indian heritage, I am cheering for natives to overcome.

I remember Tarzan
Revisado: 09-01-22
As a teen, an older cousin left a copy of the first Tarzan story. From page one, I was hooked. My fascination was with the tenacity of purpose in the story's protagonist.
I recognize that same honestly and dedication in the protagonist of these stories and feel the same connection to the difficult decisions he must make.
I highly recommend this series to everyone, regardless of age or cultural background. There is much in the stories for anyone to connect with.

Historia
Texas, 1874. Long ago Scout Proffitt gave up on ever being a man of honor like his Civil War hero brother, Clayton. But when Scout steps foot on the rundown remnants of the Circle C ranch, he wonders if maybe - just maybe - the Lord has something different intended for him. Rosemarie has lived most of her life doubting her worth and shouldering the blame for her brother's death. But when a stranger rides onto her ranch claiming he owns it, she suddenly is given a choice.

Historia
He killed before he could shoot, kissed before he could love, won before he could lose. He was too green to live, too lucky to die. He was a natural, born to be a legend. Beginner’s Luck. Bastard son of an outlaw and a whore, handsome Duane Braddock, seventeen, stumbles off the stage into lawless Titusville and gets his first look at the real world just before he’s robbed. Two weeks out of the monastery that raised him, Duane can’t ride a horse, shoot a gun, and is defenseless against the wiles of Wild West life, such as warm whiskey, wanton women, and screaming lead. But within forty-eight hours, Duane is feared by every gunman in the country as the notorious, quick-shooting, tough-riding, hard-loving Pecos Kid. Before the week is out, his victims include the town’s best and worst: the richest man, the meanest gang, the fastest gun, the prettiest woman, and the greatest friend a lucky new cowboy ever had. How it all comes to pass is how real legends are born…

Historia
They had settled a bloody score and put the turncoat McAfferty to rest in the snowbound Rockies. Slowly, painfully, the wounded Paddock and Scratch found their way back to the Crow village, where they were welcomed as brother and son. The people of Chief Arapooesh offered rest, healing, and home to the mountain men. Then a misunderstanding over a beautiful Crow woman drove the friends apart, propelling Scratch into the unforgiving wilderness on a lonely, dangerous quest. Paddock, too ill to travel, was at first unable to follow, unable to explain.

Long and slow reading

The best parts of the story were the action scenes. I was constantly lost in the details and relationships between the characters.
