Great story, poor editing.
Revisado: 07-08-16
I really enjoyed the storyline. Great characters, good pace and a great twist. Poor editing spoiled what could have been a great book.
Will definitely be listening to more by this author.

Historia
On the 78th floor of the World Trade Center’s north tower, no alarms sounded, and no one knew what had just happened at 8:46 a.m. that morning, September 11, 2001. Blind since birth, Michael couldn’t see a thing, but he could hear the sounds of shattering glass, falling debris, and terrified people flooding around him and his guide dog, Roselle. However, Roselle sat calmly beside him. In that moment, Michael chose to trust Roselle’s judgment and not to panic. They were a team....

Inspiring book
Revisado: 06-11-12
If you could sum up Thunder Dog in three words, what would they be?
Inspiring, heartfelt, uplifting
What did you like best about this story?
As a puppy career for Seeing Eye Dogs it is so inspiring and motivating to read about such an extraordinary partnership between a guide dog and her handles. It is great to read about something positive which came out of such a tragic event.
Have you listened to any of Christopher Prince’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not listened to Christopher Prince narating before but will be looking for him in the future. A very sympathetic reading.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
No one moment stands out in a book full of special moments.

Boring Boy's Own Story
Revisado: 03-03-09
The book starts with an interesting concept but quickly decends into a number of overly described, gorey battle scenes. The language is repeatitive to the point of distraction and the plot is totally unbelievable.
There is so much time dwelling on the brutal fighting that the secondary plot gets left and almost forgotten.
This is one of the most boring books I have ever listened to and I found it difficult to concentrate enough to listen. If I didn't hate not finishing a book I would have given up.
