my first audio from Luana and it's been an amazing ride! could barely stop listening! it did start out with a lottttt of cupcakes, enough to notice that I was wondering...but it explained itself quickly and from that it became more a mystery with slight signs of some romance. you feel for Wren and fall in love with the characters. I do wish for more details on the worldbuilding. the end is twisty and not what you think! great narrative, recommend this for everyone!! thanks lady Luana ♥️ (good thing I already have the rest of the series in my Kindle 😆)

with a slight cliffhanger ending I'm sorry for this exciting book to end. I found myself unable to stop listening and put the book on to do stuff I otherwise wouldn't because you become so lost inside this world you barely notice what you do 😊 can't wait to see what happens next...I hope for more detailed world-stuff of Arcadia!

Story sounded better before I started... it's ok, got enough hidden secrets to keep you reading, but the last third it got somewhat predictable. Not hard to guess who the immortals are. the storyline would have been better if it elaborated on the world and the actual immortals. will not be reading book 2 and 3, sorry...

great new take on elementals

the narrator has a pleasant voice that grows on you. I was a bit bothered by the slight accent at first but the story soon made me forget everything else!!
I've been meaning to read the series for a while but love this opportunity instead. it catches you early on drawing you into where they are. perhaps it depends on that I have been where it plays out, that I can actually see the environment so clear.
it felt a little easy for Targa to learn how to handle her powers. I wish the next book was her story like I thought, that was disappointing and the thing that not gives all 5stars...

surprisingly exciting

slightly tired of academy books that are sprouting out everywhere atm, this author has made something great of the subject! and while you can guess the main character is a good person it's unpredictable and I listened to this book in one sitting as it was so short. :) overall great narrative with pleasant voice, LOVED Nine💕🤭 and hurry up and get me the next book in the series!!
only downer is it's much shorter than what I usually like.

Completely immersive story! I fell into it, finished in two days, literally took the audiobook on walks with my dog.
A little bit creepy as it's a possible real future and written so well, kind of freaked out to keep going, like watching a scary movie between your fingers... Could have been better more on how the world outside the compound was working, but maybe it'll show next! Thank you Krista Street ❤️
