Enjoyable Characters

I like each of the stories better than the one before as Holly keeps solving murders. I love the developing relationships of her housemates as they become a family. I’m hooked and have begun to power through the series. As I did with Garrett’s Sugar Shack series.

Fun Mysteries

I am enjoying the Sugar Shack witch mystery series. The magical characters are fun and the stories entertaining. I only wish that Rose-Ella would embrace her gift/curse and use it more for her sleuthing. It would add a whole other dimension to her investigative skills and could be a lot of fun.
The narration is always spot on.

I am absolutely enjoying this series and they seem to just keep getting better. I love Benjamin Fife's performance but had trouble understanding the fairy dragons this time. On to Book 11, Yay!

Learning to trust

It’s the kind of book you snuggle up with on a rainy day. I kept worrying that something else bad was going to happen to Jess so I went back and read the other reviews. When I found that nothing would, I stopped worrying and settled back into Jess’s journey. I enjoy the way Jackie Fraser writes dialogue, especially the tougher conversations. It’s a story of an intelligent woman learning to trust others and value herself after escaping a bad relationship. It’s a slow and sometimes agonizing process. Something many can relate to. The narration was excellent. I’m not familiar with a Welsh accent but loved listening to Curtis’ performance.

Love this Series

Every installment in this series since the original House Witch book has by far been my favorite. The 3rd Burning Witch story is fun, heartwarming, and exciting. So fulfilling to see Kat come into her own power and self awareness. I love this family, how they are intertwined with the royal family, and the world Delemhach has created. As the story unfolds and moves through the next generation the story just gets better. Obviously I am hooked.
Matthew Wolf’s narration is stellar. Each character has a distinctly different voice and tone and it’s easy to get swept into the story. Could not put it down!

Another incredible installment in the Magical Midlife series. I laughed out loud at the crew and my gut ached during the encounters with the ex.
Finished it in 2 days and it felt like coming home. I put off listening to this one due to health reasons and I really missed this crazy endearing community. I cannot wait to see what comes up next as Jessie continues to move forward into her power. I love this series and the amazing world KF Breene has beautifully created. May have to start back at the beginning while I wait for the next installment.

Fun Adventure Mystery

I purchased book 3 in this series on a daily deal and plowed straight through the audio book. It was very entertaining! Some fun I really needed after some darker reads. Upon finishing, I got the first two books in the series and blew through those as well. Lots of fun and adventure with the Sherman Holmes and Watson team. I love these guys and hope there are more books coming in this series.

Great cozy mystery

I loved this story and the characters are likable and interesting. Like other reviewers however, the teen was way too annoying for me. Towards the end it became tolerable. I am hopeful as things progress, Athena will take it down a notch. It’s a fun book and will give #2 a try.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story is fun and the dialogue engaging. I laughed out loud numerous times. My eyes may have teared up just a little during some of the more tender family times. I highly recommend it!

Great New Series

This was a fun new Molly Harper series and cannot wait for the next book. Was thrilled to figure out it was free. Even with the sad reviews of book one, I really want the history and will get it when my credits come in. I always love Amanda Ronconi and the Teddy Hamilton narrated chapters added a whole new dimension. Both are stellar performers. Great read.
