Historia
Thanks to a small but growing number of dedicated farmers, importers, roasters, and baristas, coffee quality is at an all-time high. But for nonprofessionals, achieving cafe quality at home can seem out of reach. With dozens of equipment options, conflicting information on how to use that equipment, and an industry language that, at times, doesn't seem made for the rest of us, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Craft Coffee: A Manual, written by a coffee enthusiast for coffee enthusiasts, is a comprehensive guide to improving your brew at home.

A very practical guide to making coffee. The audio was very robotic but ultimately fine.

Historia
Fumio Sasaki is not an enlightened minimalism expert or organizing guru like Marie Kondo - he's just a regular guy who was stressed out and constantly comparing himself to others, until one day he decided to change his life by saying goodbye to everything he didn't absolutely need. The effects were remarkable: Sasaki gained true freedom, new focus, and a real sense of gratitude for everything around him.

Choose another minimalist book
Revisado: 09-12-21
I have gone through a few minimalist books and I think this is the worst one I have read. This one is a hodgepodge of other ideas but with a more intense edge. Certain ideas presented in the book were attributed to minimalism that absolutely had nothing to do with minimalism and was about just him getting his life together. I dont want beginners to think ALL of what he talks about will happen. I also found his tips shallow and repetitious. The author is from Japan and it shows in that some of his tips can only be applied to Japan or if you live in a big city.

Historia
Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

The book is fine although the cursing doesn't sound natural sometimes. It is like she is trying to hard to be relatable.
The sound is bad. This was not recorded in a booth but what seems like a random auditorium. It makes the quality horrible.
