A little predictable, but still a good story

If you want an old fashion western where the good guy wins every time - this is for you. It is well paced, has some adventure and well thought out. I would describe it as very pleasant.

Quick - yet consistent - pace throughout - I thought all the performances were fantastic. The story was original and solid. I wish it had been longer.

This felt like a heartfelt memoir that is also relatable. It also feels like Gary’s standup, He has a great take on growing up in the 1970s and 80s that feels exactly right but doesn’t drown in nostalgia. His sincere and brutally honest style makes Gary unique and very much worth your time.

Dan was so interesting and so emotional, I look forward to hearing more stories from him.

I did like the narrator, but the production quality wasn't great. I don't know if they switched microphones at times, but occasionally you could notice a clear difference in narrator's voice in the next sentence. The story itself got bogged down in details, frankly I thought Mockingjay had same problem after Hunger Games and Catching Fire were so good. I just found myself caring less about the characters I was supposed to like. The plot is original and I liked the idea, it is two related stories, not one.
