Unusual specificity for channeled material. Thought provoking. I also experienced it quite a bit more grounded then some of the other spiritual transmissions I have engaged

Maybe Get the book; NOT a good choice for listening to

I purchased this for studying during my nursing degree. In my opinion it is useless as an audio book.
It’s not that there is anything wrong with the information. Rather, the combination of a long-list format and monotone, almost computer-level narration make this painful to listen to. More importantly, it was not at all helpful to me in retaining information.
Consider this book for reference, but don’t bother with the audio version.
