Don’t quit… It’s actually an amazing book.

I have to admit, when it first started listening and they were describing all the different types of creatures and elements along with all the other stuff that each could do, I rolled my eyes. It seemed like they were trying their hardest to squeeze every fantasy genre into one. The narrators were slightly annoying at first also. I almost quit because it was a little over the top. However I decided not to because, hey I paid for it. Sooo glad I didn’t!! The story line keeps you on your toes. You cannot predict which way it is going to go like most books. The draw she has to each of the love interests and their feelings they have for her. You can’t decide which one you want to cheer for. Love, fighting, independence, friendship, etc all packed into one. Once the story line picked up pace the narrators talents really shined! They worked their voices to create each character and their personalities to the T. Off to get the second book!!
