Perfect for a car trip with a person who shares none of your interests. Great, theatrical reading of short comic "skits."

More like a screenplay than a novel, this one kept me listening at every opportunity. Little humor, little romance, lotsa violence. Like Chick Lit for the tougher set.

There's some overlap between the HBO show and this podcast (obviously). But frankly, when the conversation is this funny, you don't mind revisiting it.

What made the experience of listening to The Fault in Our Stars the most enjoyable?

Characters wit an humor in the face of terrifying illness.

What other book might you compare The Fault in Our Stars to and why?

Reminds me a little of Harold and Maude: two people showing one another how to live.

Have you listened to any of Kate Rudd’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

First listen, but it won't be the last! She is wonderful.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When a beloved character is turned into another, unrecognizable person by cancer.

Any additional comments?

It may be a YA novel, but its themes are universal.
