Scharmer explained that what we pay attention to and how we pay attention is key to what we create. What prevents us from attending to situations more effectively is that we aren't fully aware of and in touch with the inner place from which attention and intention originate.

Theory U is an amazing piece of Work

I found Theory U as a result of my executive MBA program at the University of Westminster in London.
Upon my discovery of it, I immediately dove straight in. I used the methodology presented to launch my own individual journey through the U.
What it resulted in was a year long action research program, content in my final dissertation on Authentic Leadership, And, the launch and publication of my very first book and online course.
I can't recommend this work enough
