The unfortunate part of this strategy is that corporate dental groups are leveraging their size and power in negotiating higher reimbursements. What are we as a group to do? For my practice, the answer to this question led me to discover a nearly unlimited and untapped market of fee-for-service patients who want and value their dental health but have a significant hurdle to coming in to see a private practice doctor.

An absolute must read/listen!!

An absolute must read for any dentist or team member considering offering a membership plan for there practice. I listened to this book over a year ago and waited till now to submit my 5 star review, why? Because I wanted to wait until I had a proven track record of increased performance from my membership plan. My practice membership plan is even more successful than I had imagined! Thank you Dr Phelps for writing and sharing the ideas that have helped me offer such a wonderful service to my patients and have taught me another way for them to afford the care they do desperately need!
