Historia
The Great Quake 10 years ago left the United States devastated. FEMA camps sprouted up in Regional Districts to control the chaos and separate the landowners from the refugees. Erika and her family spent nine years as refugees in the camp before they found out that Vince's parents were still alive and they were searching for them.

Well played out

I really enjoyed this story. I had read Sarah's first book, so I was familiar with the major characters. It was fun to following their story. It wasn't necessary though, as the author did a good job of brief back stories to fill you in. The book had a few unexpected twists which I enjoyed. With the author's writing style, she does well teaching tactics, reasoning and basic survival skills using the power of storytelling.
I am looking forward to digging into the previous volumes.
