Excellent guide for those that manage a team

I truly enjoyed this book, as someone that has managed teams. It really breaks down ways to build a healthy team dynamic and that being a true leader is really about people. Having a healthy work culture benefits everyone and I really like the storyline has so many examples. The narrator was terrific and made it engaging. I will definitely recommend this to my peers.

Beautiful bio told with pure, raw honesty and heart. I have followed Alexandra's career since the Chicago days when I still was auditioning in the area. Hearing her full story gave me a whirlwind of emotions, and her telling it herself brings this to a whole other level. This book also sheds bright light on many things, often, swept under the rug, that I feel are important to be aware of. Her journey was incredible to follow and I am emotional that I finished it as it it was like a series that I didn't want to end. Bravo Alexandra, and I thank you for telling your story.
