Ben has felt something missing from his life for a very long time. After losing his job at a meat-packing factory, he goes out for a few beers, and (literally) stumbles into the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. By stumbling into her, he accidentally breaks the heel of her expensive red stiletto, and offers his own shoes in recompense. The beautiful woman, who turns out to be none other than the newly crowned Miss America, accepts Ben's shoes on one condition: He takes her shoes in return.

Douglas uncovers the underlying reasons for lack of consistency and helps traders overcome the ingrained mental habits that cost them money.
