Excellently long-winded story with little plot progression

The story is good, but I think the author has gotten lost in everyday life and not in plot progression. At this rate, it will need 2 more 18 hour books before his kid is potty trained....Will wait to buy the next one to see if it is completed. If not, will wait for the next book, and the next book until the story is complete.

Just felt like i was "told" everything that was happening instead of experiencing it. Not enough change in voice between characters and story lines...seemed to a blend together.
Dont care enough for them to continue the series.

Best Abolitionist Book EVER

I would pay to meet Jim, best character in the book. I'm sure it's all been said before, but this shows the evils of slavery in such away that a kid can understand it. Not to mention it is HISTORICALLY accurate, and only rapscallions would want to change history to erase black history....makes one wonder if they want history to repeat itself... crummy demonrats.

Well written story, no doubt about that. Might have been better if it was a zombie book...could have been a phycological thriller if they went down that path...but, over all, didn't really tie anything together for me or expand the story at all. Haven't' read the next books, so not sure if I'll be eating crow or not, but I'm off to read the next book in the series.

The reader does a good job, but is somewhat difficult to get used too because of the cadence and tone. But I'm glad I had someone reading it to me. :)
The information presented in the book is good, but the author goes WAY off track at the end. The last 2 hours is globalism new speak and will lead to the same type of government that allowed Chernobyl to happen. So much education that the author doesn't know right from wrong anymore. I recommend once he starts talking about the UN to just shut it off: just new speak terminology for globalism, transhumansim, and communism. All of the super bad "ism's" that set America apart, because freedom trumps the collective.
