Historia
She used to work for the US government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine it doesn't even have a name. And when they decided she was a liability, they came for her without warning. Now she rarely stays in the same place or uses the same name for long. They've killed the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon.

Extremly dull
Revisado: 09-20-17
I can't stand authors who use large words and endless description to cover a lack of talent. I already knew this author was just ok, but this book went beyond ok, into just bad. The character development was extremely one dimensional, and the plot plodded along at an excruciating pace. I have read 1000's of books, and this was one of the worst.

Historia
The Red Queen is old but the kings of the Broken Empire dread her like no other. For all her reign, she has fought the long war, contested in secret, against the powers that stand behind nations, for higher stakes than land or gold. Her greatest weapon is The Silent Sister - unseen by most and unspoken of by all. The Red Queen's grandson, Prince Jalan Kendeth - drinker, gambler, seducer of women - is one who can see The Silent Sister.

Another low level author being celebrated
Revisado: 08-24-17
This book was awful. I keep trying to find new authors worth reading, but the bar is low. Honestly, I couldn't even finish it.

Overall a horrid book to try and get through
Revisado: 01-04-17
Pretty much, bad writing, so-so narration, and unfinished. I tried to get through the book, but it was so bad.

Historia
One of the 20th century's most challenging novels of ideas, The Fountainhead champions the cause of individualism through the story of a gifted young architect who defies the tyranny of conventional public opinion. The struggle for personal integrity in a world that values conformity above creativity is powerfully illustrated through three characters: Howard Roarke, a genius; Gail Wynand, a newspaper mogul and self-made millionaire; and Dominique Francon, a devastating beauty.

Great Book as usual from this author.
Revisado: 09-01-16
This author goes into a lot of technical detail. I know how thoroughly he researches, so I appreciate how thought provoking his books always are.
