Historia
The word is out, and the fight is on for civilization to prove that cannabis, also known as marijuana, is the next superdrug. What fascinates me is our body's prebuilt system that feeds off of endocannabinoids, which are contained in plants such as the marijuana plant. I became interested with endocannabinoids because of their responsibility in creating the "runner's high" with which all long-distance and endurance athletes are quite familiar.

Too Clinical!
Revisado: 08-24-21
The subject matter is awesomely covered; however, this book is a must for a medical student or even a seasoned medical practitioner; however, as a layman the reader came-off rather robotic and that sure didn’t help…btw, I was really glad that the 19mins was over, that’s right folks, it’s 15mins!!!

Historia
With his now-legendary store on 125th Street in Harlem, Dapper Dan pioneered high-end streetwear in the 1980s, remixing classic luxury-brand logos into his own innovative, glamorous designs. But before he reinvented haute couture, he was a hungry boy with holes in his shoes, a teen who daringly gambled drug dealers out of their money, and a young man in a prison cell who found nourishment in books. In this remarkable memoir, he tells his full story for the first time.

Traveling Through Time in Harlem
Revisado: 12-05-20
I must admit at first I was reluctant to read although I had purchased...but, after listening to the first chapter I couldn’t resist listening every chance I got.
Being from Harlem myself it was fantastic journey and the trials and tribulations that Dapper went through was eye opening albeit with some disgust...
I am glad to have known Dapper and shared some of this history.
This book is a great read and I have shared it several times already.
