Good book but narrator sucks.

Would you try another book from Amanda M. Lee and/or Karen Krause?
I will definitely avoid books with this narrator. Stiff reading, it appears the narrator does not enjoy the story, it comes through in her reading. The narration had no flow, stiff, staggered, easy to toon out the reading due to narrators poor delivery.

The Judge Knot series is well written. the characters are well formed, after reading just one Judge Knot book you feel you know the county and people, after a couple, you would swear they true exist and you have met them in person.

This book is a great read or listen, which ever your preference. It is the first in the series that I listened too, and it got me hooked. I love Judge Deborah Knot series and highly recommend them. While it is true there is a lot going on, it is all connected and well written that I kept finding myself going "Ah ha!" as I put the pieces together. Great for anyone who loves a good tale and likes getting lost in the story!
