Historia
Since birth, you were spoon-fed ideas, beliefs, and routines that program you into the same default path as everyone else. This leads to the same quality of life as everyone else. It’s no wonder why most people feel anxious, overwhelmed, and have a cloud of meaninglessness hovering over their heads at all times. Focus is the cure.

Great talk. Loads of value. We don't deserve anything, it's just inputs and outputs. If you blame someone else for your failures, you give them power over your success.

Great Tips but Sometimes Questionable Science
Revisado: 04-10-20
Most of Ben Greenfield's tips on going beyond training are incredibly insightful, but on certain points the science seems dubious. When he talks about things like "Earthing", standing barefoot on the ground to balance out your electrons or the frequency of protons in stored food versus fresh food, it doesn't sound like hard science as much as the other tips.

The information in this book was very interesting and useful, but It was a struggle to follow many of the passages. The content was clearly intended to be read. I had to replay some sections to try to understand where a topic began and ended.

Good information mixed with questionsable science
Revisado: 06-24-19
Overall this book is worth reading for understanding the basic benefits of mindset, but it almost goes a little too far in suggesting the ability of the mind to "cure" certain diseases. That's why Steve Jobs didn't get the treatment he needed before it was too late. But again, there are a lot of positive points in the book.

Great Insights. Definitely worth reading and listening to. We take for granted hard work brings success, but balancing our lives and finding the right "pool" is equally important.
