Started this Diet 3 weeks ago gets easier the longer I do it. Lost 3.5 lbs the first week, lost 1.5 lbs the 2nd week. All this is accompanied with my normal exercise program. Yoga 2-3 times a week, the gym 2-3 times a week. Walking 1-2 times a week.
