Historia
Jin Rou wanted to be a cultivator. A man powerful enough to defy the heavens. A master of martial arts. A lord of spiritual power. Unfortunately for him, he died, and now I’m stuck in his body. As Jin, I’m a man of the earth. A wielder of shovels and lord of rice and wheat. And sure, I also had to die and get pulled into another universe to end up here. But guess what? I’m starting to think it was worth it. I’ve somehow managed to get away from it all.

So much filler
Revisado: 08-29-24
Last 5+ hours of this book is filler side story stuff.
It's a decent book, but if this is the path of next book it's not worth the price of admission. Series had been good up till this book.
*SPOILER*
he spends an hour or more on each character doing a "what if" exercise. Each character, solo, then they spend an hour telling each other about their experiences. It's so drawn out and boring it's unbelievable. Then we're forced to follow something like 5 or more different characters that have minimal interaction with the party.

What an ending!!!
Revisado: 12-19-22
My god what an awesome ending to the book. Simply wonderful juicy morsel to chew on for a while! It's not a cliff hanger but better!! Oh man!!! The implications!!! Anyway the story is not without faults, and it can be a little long winded/drawn out feeling but excellent installment and looking forward to where he goes from here.

it's short and to the point
Revisado: 11-19-22
honestly I had been feeling that his books were becoming long winded and filled with unimportant things honestly. I think he took it a bit too far with the length of this book and the last one but it's still better than his 20 hour books where it's a million characters. Not to mention the narrator can't handle 20 different characters. It was a good book, got through a lot, and was very to the point.

Books are not a credit worth - Update
Revisado: 03-19-22
I want my credit worth. I'm done with this half or 1/3rd book crap is silly. It's a shame too because I enjoy the series. Might have to ebook it... Even then I don't want to reward this kind of economics the author is practicing.
Update
I've since read through the next 6 books because it's cheaper to get the book and let me warn you now, the plot has stopped. He's not even LOOKING at his quest list. These books are not LitRPG anymore, you barely hear about the system in the next 6 books, He gains a total of 5 levels in 6 books! This is obscene. He can't make a damn decision, he gets all these cool abilities and powers and never actually uses them, He never gets smarter, and this constant need to belittle the MC is just too much.
I hate how much of a time waste this was. The author has clearly given up on the series and it's just disappointing.

I was PISSED at the first books ending, so pissed I went into the second ready to punt it back to Audible if it did not IMMEDIATELY pull me in. Happy to report it's better than the first book! Absolutely worth the credit and looking forward to the next book!

Revisado: 08-24-21
Ignore the bad reviews!! I'm so glad I did. You can't trust people these days. People are way too over critical without taking the time to appreciate what Pegaz did here... Everything people complained about in the previous books this book fixes. It's so damn creative, and it makes sense for the entire story!! Narration is good, story is great! I'm game for book 8.

This was a good enough ending.
Revisado: 07-11-21
If you made it this far you like the series. If you're on the fence after the last book or two, grab this. He does not "stick" the landing only because there is quite a few unfinished storylines like 3 or 4 off the top of my head. The over arching story is wrapped up beautifully. The next book wraps up the loose ends but I'm good stopping here.
