Historia
The Naked Communist has sold almost two million copies. It found its way into the libraries of the CIA, the FBI, the White House, and homes all across America and the world. The Naked Communist contains a distillation of more than a hundred books and treatises on communism, many written by Marxist authors. We see the communist the way he sees himself - stripped of propaganda and pretense. Explained here is the amazing appeal of communism, its history, and its basic and unchanging concepts.

Remarkable world history and politics that should have been taught in all schools
Revisado: 11-18-24
The authors masterfully explained the origins and real nature communism/marxism and its relationship with dialectical materialism. Their unique backgrounds enabled them to show the damages in various countries, including Russia, China, America, and other countries including those in Africa. The book also helps solve myths of historical events that conventional history textbooks can’t tell, esp those about tragic outcomes related to Chinese history and Korean War. Despite it is way overdue for the knowledge this society desperately can use, I’d still say it’s timely for whoever can pick it up now - Better late than never! Communists exist beyond Soviet Union; Communists have never stopped fighting since the resolution of Soviet Union. It's so relevant to our society nowadays.

Historia
In the summer of 1941, Hitler ruled Europe from the Atlantic to the Black Sea. Britain was struggling to combat his powerful propaganda machine, crowing victory and smearing his enemies as liars and manipulators over his frequent radio speeches, blasted out on loudspeakers and into homes. British claims that Hitler was dangerous had little impact against this wave of disinformation. Except for the broadcasts of someone called Der Chef, a German who questioned Nazi doctrine, and most importantly, a character created by the British propagandist Thomas Sefton Delmer, a unique weapon in the war.

No real answer to the title question
Revisado: 11-05-24
The author recounts part of WWII info warfare and the dramatic life story of an individual involved, but then tries to bias readers with his political view of current politics which unfortunately shows his own failure of combating the info warfare in modern world. It’s neither a comprehensive historical recount nor a textbook on information warfare. One is not likely to be satisfied if bought based on the title. And if one is not on the same side with his political views, one may find it hard to even continue it.

Historia
Black Americans have long been shackled to the Democrats. Seeing no viable alternative, they have watched liberal politicians take the Black vote for granted without pledging anything in return. In Blackout, Owens argues that this automatic allegiance is both illogical and unearned. She contends that the Democrat Party has a long history of racism and exposes the ideals that hinder the Black community’s ability to rise above poverty, live independent and successful lives, and be an active part of the American dream.
