Polyamorism: The Sequel, Part 29...

I'm so sad this series as devolved to this state. This had the beginnings of a great book but it ended up devolving into what has become the usual Anita book. It's way too heavy on the polyamorism. We've been over the advantages and disadvantages of this lifestyle again and again. We don't need another book about it, Laurel. Poor Kimberly Alexis has to narrate SO many voices because there are too many people talking about who they want/don't want to sleep with blah blah blah. I gave the book 4 stars for her performance, but the story is a 2 for me...

Loved it! Where's the next book?!

I really loved this book! I really enjoyed the characters and the story so much. It was fun and the narration was amazing. The performace was perfect in my opinion. He really breathed life into the characters and I actually miss them! I just wish the next book in the series was available on Audible. Take my money please!

Less Poly Mess and more STORY please.

What disappointed you about Dead Ice?
Not enough story and way too much time wasted on the poly relationship mess that seems to be repeated every book. The actual plot was great but it left you wanting more of what Anita does besides juggling awkward relationships.
Would you ever listen to anything by Laurell K. Hamilton again?
Maybe. The series is getting worse with every new book.
How could the performance have been better?
I think the performance was great, too bad the story wasn't.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Dead Ice?
Most of the scenes about the relationships.
