Historia
Over the years, W.E.B. Griffin's stories of the military and police, told with crackling realism and rich characters, have won him millions of fans and acclaim as "the dean of the American war adventure" ( Publishers Weekly). Now he vaults into the present day with a series as exciting as anything he has ever written.

Don't order,
Revisado: 03-23-05
Great writer. Great book. Terrible abridgement-- so awkward in fact that it leaves you wondering how is it that the 12 year old Castillo, who's father was killed in Vietnam is united with his family AFTER 9/11. Ulitmately the timeline is cleared up on disk II but it left me so frustrated that I used the last five disks of this set as Frisbees. Wheeeeee!
Audible-- get the unabridged set, please!

Historia
Stephanie Plum may not be the best bounty hunter in beautiful downtown Trenton, but she's pretty darn good at turning bad situations her way . . . and she always gets her man. In To the Nines, her cousin Vinnie (who's also her boss) has posted bail on Samuel Singh, an illegal immigrant. When the elusive Mr. Singh goes missing, Stephanie is on the case. But what she uncovers is far more sinister than anyone imagines and leads to a group of killers who give new meaning to the word hunter.

Not So Fine
Revisado: 10-28-03
I didn't like this book whatsoever. The characters are interesting but not unique and the dialogue appears under thought. Worst of all, the narration was grating.

A Good Reason
Revisado: 05-19-03
There is a reason you don't hear Steve Buschemi performing a lot of audio books- he's lousy at it!
He has made one of the most energetic and quick-witted authors writing today seem like a walk through a funeral parlour.
I love Buschemi as an actor and as far as "Pagan Babies" goes, I will be reading it because after finishing the first disk I threw the remaining disks into the trash.
