what was the point of the additional narrator???

this novel was outstanding! however, the female narrator was absolutely horrid. what was the point of bringing her in when Travis does an excellent job by himself. her narration threw off the entire story for me. other than that the plot, the twist, the character building and of course gray was immaculate. Love how he always wrecks shit! impeccable.

a whole lot of nothing

literally nothing happened in this book. it was more exaggerated accounts of the same thing but with no context. same emotions extended but not clarified. Nessa still mad, more still won't talk to her friends, more lovey-dovey between the high Lord and his high lady. yada yada yada. nothing happened. More of the same this was a pointless filler book.

an emotional masterpiece

this book was written superbly! The twist and turns and the emotional roller coaster that every reveal gave was quite amazing. The character development and story development was beyond any but I've read before. this is quite literally my favorite read. simply put, and emotional masterpiece.

one. I was dying at princess bro! super hilarious, falling out of my seat funny. So funny that I think about this at times and giggle to myself.
two. Love that Sophie and Humphrey are together! I totally predicted this way back when, and my friend who is also reading the series thought I was insane. but this proves that I'm almost always right and guys ... Not so much!
3. can we please release these books sooner?!? pretty please! because, I am dying in between releases. there is a finite amount of times that I can re-listen to this series before I wear it out.
4. The narrator is excellent!..

omg.. can we get to the point!

I really like this series, but this book was not as good as the last four. I'm really getting exhausted with the excessive contemplation, speculation, drawn out introspection,, and long-winded explanations can we please get to the point? really, the chapter on manuals had me falling asleep. many points within this book I had to skip ahead and fast forward through portions because I was so bored. parts that include just Zach are excruciatingly boring. really, do we need to know every single part about how manuals, fractions, seeds etc work? I think it's important to move the plot forward in an eventful way so that the audience stays alert and engaged. also, wtf! is Aaliyah a freaking coffin? I thought this part was a total blow what a shameful way she had to go out ....

The spoils of war keeps on giving!

I love this series as usual! Algras is still my favorite character with Johanna coming in a close second place.. my favorite part, even though I'm a woman, was the heist of the women's lingerie. super funny! I was literally screaming with laughter when this part was red.this series keeps on giving the good stuff! my only minor complaint is that I totally dislike the way the voice actor performs the women and children voices. sounds like every woman has a husky and sultry voice with no direct distinction from one another.. moreover, Emily does not sound like a 16-year-old mature teenager either. overall, the writing, plot, entire storyline is epic..

astonishly amazing!

in the beginning, due to my impatience and need for the plot to move forward I was somewhat bored. however, I was soon smacked completely wrong because the setup was done perfectly in order to introduce the character and his struggle to immense power and success. I was super impressed by the lead-up even though at times I zoned out. this has nothing to do with the writing because I do believe that was impeccable but to endless and detail explanation my mind did wonder from time to time. four person who's more focused this is an amazing book and even for those who may be a little bit unfocused because the pickup is quick and the character evolution is awesome! I think plotting out Zack's struggles was super important for us to realize how he makes it to the point he does. moreover, there were no loose ends in this book it was extremely exciting once the contemplative portions moved forward. I really hope that Zack's demon friend do not undermined him and stab him in the back because I'd rather like this character. the demon general is quite animated and exciting but I do have my suspicions. he is a character you love to hate but eventually just love to love. I'm excited to read more of the series and I am buying every book in this series after I post this rating! love love

absolutely entertaining!

I loved everything about this book and that is why I'm a dedicated listener of this series! I wish the books were released sooner than they are. I will Begin by saying that the characterization is excellent. one of my most loved but hated characters is big mona. he is a neanderthal heathen that you can't bear to resist to love. moreover, love the idiosyncrasies of all the characters especially blackie. who can resist a seven headed demon obedient pet of a 17-year-old magician. as for the story, I stayed at the edge of my seat the entire time and I absolutely hated the fact that I was moving towards the end without having another book to purchase. can't wait until the next audiobook is released, will definitely pre-order.

excellent! everything I hope for in a lesson

what an amazing book with an awesome plot! I was constantly on the edge of my seat listening and hoping for the next part to come. I absolutely love the twist in this book in the suspicion was right on point. spoiler alert, I was stricken and heart broken when I found that Eva actually boarded the flight. super sad what a powerful book for women excellently written! love loved it I hope this author put out other books that are similar would love to hear other novels red on audible but written by this author.

Molly / Rachel was all over the place

I like the concept of this book, but towards the end it started to become outlandish and a bit unbelievable. for a person being able to escape being found for 12 years Rachel / Molly sure was making a lot of mistakes that's an amateur. moreover, some things that was occurring against her was unbelievable such as the killing of the old lady who tried to save her sons reputation and the ability for hugo/peter to be able to follow her undetected just some things seemed unbelievable. the book was an okay listen but I was hoping for a stronger plot with a very strong ending. however, in my opinion I did not get what I was after by reading this book.
