As a sales leader and a trainer for sales organizations, Trish has thoughtfully laid out every aspect of creating and running your sales development team.
This book is sharp as a tack in its content and is actionable from the beginning.

The narrator is pleasant to listen to, but it is the content you need as a sales leader today.

I hope you pick this book up and give it a listen or a read. I will be buying a hard copy for reference.

Tell a story, don't use introductory sentences yada yada yada.
Then a list of videos to see through the authors website and a chance to get on her email list.
Skip it and just watch amazing Ted talks.

Zero to one was not the mind-blowing experience everyone has said it was.

It's a general book at best with theory no real practical applications. The ideas behind the book including how a start up CEO should take a salary were vague at best.
