When I first got the book the PDF was missing, rendering the self defence explanations a bit useless. But the Audible customer service fixed the problem. I find this book is REALLY useful and a must read for any woman. A few people complained about the audio. It’s a tiny bit choppy but in no way does it make it hard to listen to. The audio is clear and the content is great.
